FAQ

  • No you don’t! You can make purchases as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account, you will be able to checkout faster by not having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can create an account right now or you can create an account during check out.

  • We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been submitted. You will have a short window to cancel items in your order before it begins processing, so please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible should you wish to do so. Please review all information carefully before placing your order, especially your shipping address.

  • Although there can be exceptions, orders are usually delivered within 5-20 business days of order receipt. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once it ships. If you don’t receive shipping confirmation after 10 business days of placing your order, please let us know by replying to your order confirmation email.

  • For the latest tracking information, please select the Carrier Service tracking link in the tracking dashboard provided in your shipping confirmation email. In the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within the above delivery windows, please contact the carrier indicated in your tracking link for further information. If your package remains undelivered and there are no tracking updates for 10 days, please submit a claim. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are reported as delivered or orders that are undelivered and returned to us.

  • We would be happy to reship your order for you. The cost of reshipment is your expense and unclaimed returns will be donated to charity within 4 weeks of receipt. Requests are processed within ~5 to 7 business days of returned shipment.

  • Sometimes we ship multiple item orders separately due to packaging restraints. Please check your packing slip if you only receive part of your order. If you order is complete and you’re still missing and item, please submit a claim and we’ll do our best to make it right. Claims made beyond 4 weeks of receiving your shipment cannot be accommodated.

  • Yes you can! Simply submit a return and place an order for the new size; however, due to high demand, we cannot guarantee availability.
