10 Best Items at TRADER JOES
Having grown up in Canada, I never got to experience all the hype around Trader Joes (sad). I’m happy to share that it really does live up to they hype. There are so many items I get at TJs that I can’t find anywhere else so I thought I’d put together a list of my top 10 faves! Next time you go, definitely pick up any of these items and I can guarantee you’ll be plenty happy!

10. Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
The freaking bomb!!! This was my first ever TJ purchase because everyone I knew always raved about it. Definitely worth the hype. It really gives you that satisfying everything bagel taste, but on anything you put it on! I usually put this on my avocado toast and it’s seriously delicious. Sometimes I even throw this on a slice of toast with cream cheese and it blows my mind every time.
9. Truffle Cheese
I am a huge fan of everything truffle, and this cheese is no exception. I’m also a huge fan of cheese. Huge. I saw this on one of my trips to TJs and fell in love immediately! Seriously the perfect addition to a cheese board, I couldn’t do one without this!
8. Banh Mi Inspired Noodle Bowl
This is a pre-made noodle bowl that is absolutely delicious and perfect for non-meat eaters! The sauce is super creamy (which I love) and it has the TJs sriracha tofu in it. The best lunch when you’re on the go, or when you’re not!
7. Sriracha Baked Tofu
This tofu is actually what got me into tofu in the first place! I never really cared for it until Jill convinced me to try this one. It’s super easy to cook with and tastes great with everything! It’s not overly spicy but it definitely has a nice bite. If you’re into spicy foods and are looking to try a new protein, definitely pick this up!
6. Bruschetta Sauce
This is incredibly random but I stumbled across this on my first TJs trip after getting back from Italy last summer. I was super hooked on bruschetta at the time so I had to try this and it really tasted just how I hoped it would! It kept my Italy taste buds super satisfied!
5. Truffle Honey Mustard
First of all, the packaging - adorable. This honey mustard really packs a punch and with the truffle aftertaste, it is to die for. If I’m being honest, I don’t really know how to eat this unless I’m making a cheese board. If you have any suggestions please let me know!
4. Thai Red Curry Sauce
One of my more recent discoveries, the Thai red curry sauce. I was on a serious curry kick for a minute so when I started making it at home, I picked this up and hoped for the best! Seriously so delicious and I started putting it on everything. I’ve gone through so many bottles of this and the yellow curry sauce now and it’s safe to say they’re both delicious!
3. Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Another TJs staple if you’re into the cauliflower-d food trend! I’ve really been enjoying the TJs cauliflower alternatives and this one is no exception! Sometimes you’re just really craving a nice big pizza and this way you can indulge without all the guilt!
2. Sweet Potato Gnocchi
My most recent TJs purchase was one that came highly recommended to me due to my love for their cauliflower gnocchi. Unlike the cauliflower version, this actually comes with a frozen sage and butter sauce that’s already in the bag. My first time making this I decided to throw in some garlic kale and cherry tomato halves to add some of my own spin to it (since I couldn’t experiment with the sauce). Seriously mind blowingly delicious, you HAVE to try this!!
1. Cauliflower Gnocchi
Although I said this list was in no particular order, I couldn’t help but save the best for last. This is my all time favorite item at Trader Joes and I don’t think anything could ever take it’s place. Every time I go to TJs I pick up at least 4 bags of this. My favorite dinner that can be done within 10 minutes! Easy, healthy and fast, what a combo. I typically make this with spinach, garlic & marinara sauce. Perfection.
Those were my top 10 favorite items from Trader Joes! I would love it so much if you could comment below some of your favorite items and items you think I should try next! I’m always looking to try cooking with new ingredients and would love to know what you guys think!
Hope you enjoyed today’s post! Until next time, XO
