Today's post is going to be a little different but I'm excited to share it with you!

A couple months ago I got an email asking if I'd like to try out this new treatment that would result in me having solid abs and a lifted butt (lol). Naturally, I had to try it and let you guys know my thoughts!

I wanted to do these Friday Favorites every week… and apparently that didn’t go as planned.

This week has been much more interesting than my usual week… due to the fact that I’m in EUROPE!
