SF Travel Guide

San Francisco is one of my all time favorite cities & I’m so lucky to live just a quick 45 minute flight away from it!

I’ve visited quite a few times in the last couple years and thought I should compile a list of my go-to spots in the city! We were there a couple of weeks ago and I totally acted as a full on tour guide for my friends… I was pretty proud of my skills, if I do say so myself!

Cafe Réveille

610 Long Bridge Street, San Francisco, CA 94158

Jacket | Jeans | Boots

This is such a great go-to food spot for the ‘gram due to their adorable pink patio tables! We went for brunch and I got scrambled eggs & avocado toast, my fave! Jill got a grain bowl, but they also have a good pasta dish and an adorable açaí bowl on the menu!

Grilled Cheese Kitchen

1 S Park St Apt 103A, San Francisco, CA 94107

We just discovered this magical grilled cheese cafe on our latest trip to San Francisco and WOW did it blow our minds. We got 2 different grilled cheese to share; their Mac and cheese grilled cheese (wow) and the other one had tomatoes, lavender-basil pesto, olive-tapenade, and cheese of course. There’s no other way to eat grilled cheese than with a side of tomato soup, so of course we got that as well. If you’re a grilled cheese fan (who isn’t!!?) you absolutely have to check it out!

Such a cute spot to hit up in the city! They’re known for their adorable latte art & delicious toast! I typically get their avocado toast (it’s next level yummy) and the rainbow latte.

Golden Gate Bridge

This is pretty obvious… but an absolute must see! I personally love walking down the fort point trail all the way down to the water! It’s so pretty and great for photos!

Billy Goat Hill

Sweater / Jeans / Boots

This spot gives you one of the absolute best views in the entire city! We discovered this park on our first trip to San Fransisco and are still in awe over it’s beauty!

Flora Grubb Gardens

1634 Jerrold Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124

If you’re into plants or just super cool & modern nurseries… this is the spot for you! They had bunch of different “photo opp” spots that looked like they were made for Instagram! Besides that, they really do have some of the cutest succulents and plants I’ve ever seen! If I didn’t have to fly back, I definitely would’ve picked up a few for my apartment!

Painted Ladies

Steiner St & Hayes St, San Francisco, CA 94117

No surprise here, the painted ladies are a staple! It’s especially exciting if you watched full house, because these victorian houses were in the intro! The actual house they lived in is a few blocks away, but it’s still always cool to come visit!
